Dear Friends- Oliver! was a huge success for the whole cast, and a wonderful return to the theater for me.

It also gave me a new insight into what I'm truly passionate about- ME! And the study of myself. WHO AM I?  when I'm not in the skin of another character. An endless search and one that always leads me to a question.  WHAT IS MY PASSION?

So, today's passion is a new book by Dean Moriarty called "THE POEM".  Don't be put off by the simple cover. In 2009, Prince Philip became the longest-serving Consort in British history, as Queen Elizabeth became the longest-serving Monarch.

In 2011, at age 90, he announced he was winding down his official duties.

Now, at age 95, he is standing down (retiring).

He claimed in his usual humorous way, "Well, I can't stand up much longer." and is standing down (retiring) from his official duties.
